Miscellanous events, needs, signups , donations for our church

 Visitation for Grandparents Day:

Grandparents Day is September 12, 2010.  Once again our Mission Friends with the help of the GA’s will be making cards.  This ministry is for our Shut Ins of Southside, Ozark Health & Rehab, Oakview Manor and Providence Home.  We encourage any age to participate if the Lord is leading you to this ministry.  The date they will be delivered will be announced later.  Any questions please contact: Tami Huett, Mary Anne Wilson or Pam Silavent

 Coins for Caring:

There is donation jars / cans in the church foyer and Family Life Center for donations.  The donations are for the:  Jail Ministry, Nursing Home Ministry of Ozark Health & Rehab and Oakview Manor and the Assisted Living  Providence Home.  The coins will be used to purchase specific needs in each place.  We ask for you to donate your coins each Wednesday and Sunday for the months of July and August.

Children’s Choir:

The Children’s choir is beginning a great new musical entitled ” Life School Musical” .  It will be presented towards the end of August or first part of September.  Please contact Ricky Bruner if interested in being a part of this great experience.

Youth News:

On Saturday  August 28, 2010, the teens will be headed to the caverns in Marianna. This will be a great experience to see the awe inspiring handiwork of God.  Please contact Jason Whitmire or the Church office if interested in going.
